Terrible service, cleaned room only once during all 7 days stay. They are scammers, it is written they are 5 stars, but maximum they have is 2*. Poor breakfast, for coffee they provide nescafe gold. The only good thing was, the jaccuzi in the room and amazing view.

Very poor hotel, not clean at all, bad service.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The quality of food was horrible and there was hair in it. Also the room was in very bad condition and not clean. Extra blankets had a hair and they were not properly clean. The lighting in a room was not sufficient. There was no Internet in the room as it was out of range. Also the carpet on the floor was wet and the room had a very bad smell the entire time. The service was not good at all. The room cleaning was beyond horrible.

Bad housekeeping service, we left 9 am and come back after long day at 11 pm and found our rooms not ready , request to carry-out house keeping , it took them till 1 mid night to fix rooms, breakfast is poor compared to the room charges, old facility -not worth the charging rate.

View and swimming pool is nice . There is no wifi very poor wifi . And some technical problems . Like i got stuck in bath . Then they fixed it . There was no tissue box in room . And no body lotion too . As 5 star they should have these

one of the best hotels in Batumi. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok. Room and jakuzi is perfect. For travellers without a car can be little out of town but if u have a car, best option.
