"Best location and very nice traditional vibes"

"Best luxury boutique hotel in batroun . Highly recommended"

"Perfect location and super friendly staff"

"Hotel and pool were clean but always blackouts, no reception desk, no one to call for help. Nice view"

"All location , clean, services were excellent. Access to property should be improved Thanks"

"Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it"

"The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. The self-check-in process is unnecessarily long, and there is little to no support afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel."

"Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone "

"Great place"

Glass door with no curtains, anyone passing outside can clearly see our bed fully. We couldnt sleep, we felt on edge all night feeling there is someone outside watching us, my wife was so frightened she couldn't sleep at all, anyone can come at night with a weapon and just do the inmaginable and no one would know about us. The bathroom is so...
