"This is a great place for the value to stay for a single or a couple. I have stayed multiple times and it is always clean, the family that runs it is very helpful, the TV works great. No real complaints other than the bathroom is small but the shower and hot water works great. It’s not sprawling glitzy and glamorous as the bigger hotels, but I would 100% stay there again, and my wife stayed with me a couple of times and she was perfectly fine staying there again."

"We enjoyed our stay and the home was clean and in a great location. One suggestion that would make it even more comfortable would be adding ceiling fans inside and on the porch, especially for airflow and comfort. We also felt the porch seating could be upgraded to more comfortable chairs or a seating area to make spending time outside more enjoyable. Overall we had a nice stay."

"Pamlico Place was a nice place to stay. It’s amazing how many little touches Phyllis has done to the place, plus free drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the counter really was a blessing. She thinks of everything like bug spray near the back door and toothpaste and other toiletries in the bathroom in case the traveler forgot something. That’s a thoughtful and thinking host. Thank you, Phyllis."
