"Todo estuvo buenísimo, en lo único que creo que debería tener en vez de una solo opción fueran dos opciones es en lo que dan en el desayuno, e visitado otros lugares y dan más de una opción. Y lo digo porque yo no puedo comer huevo, y el desayuno era huevo un pancito y un jamón, que estaba muy bueno porque a mis hijos y esposo le encantó. En lo demás muy bueno todo, lo recomendaría muchas veces más."

"What a hidden gem! We loved our stay here. The entire property was clean and well maintained with some lovely historical features (like the tiles!). The small courtyard and pool were refreshing after a day out and there are lots of birds and lizards around too! We saw (and heard) many parakeets while in the courtyard. Staff were very kind and helpful. There is a good grocery down the street (Puebla) with anything you could need. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! I should note that the beds are VERY soft and may not be comfortable for those who prefer a firm mattress."

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Grande Mountain Retreat. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by incredible nature. It truly feels like a hidden paradise in the mountains of Puerto Rico. Thanks to Jon, Janette, and Celines for their warmth, hospitality, and attention throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable."

"El personal muy atento, aunque a la hora de la salida no había nadie en recepción. La habitación o estaba limpia, deben cambiar las cortinas de baño y las cortinas de las ventanas estaban rotas. El aire acondicionado estaba mega frío y no hay una colcha gruesa, literal te congelas. Alquilamos 4 habitaciones y a todos nos pasó lo mismo. El restaurante excelente comida rica, fresca y sirven super rápido, los empleados del restaurante excelentes. Solo es cuestión de ajustar unos detalles porque el hotel está muy bonito."

"I liked the location, pretty convenient with shopping and restaurants nearby. Ample room, overall clean. Had to disconnect 2 air fresheners as the smell was too strong. Since I arrived late to the room , didn’t have time to contact staff to request a change of bed fitting. It had stains of what appeared body fluids. I had to use the cover of the sofa to put it on top of the stained fitted. Definitely it’s time to change that."
