We like the cabin was very clean. Kids enjoyed the mini golf on site. The tennis court and swimming pool was good too.

We have stayed in cabin 4 a few times, excellent little spot. Only downside was a dripping showerhead, which disturbed our sleep. We did leave a note.

Clean cabin, thoughtful inclusions. Nice atmosphere in park. Nice pool, well kept bbqs. Over the road from a small beach (not a swimming beach) which was lovely to walk to in morning/evening to watch waves- could hear waves at night from cabin too. Short drive to numerous beaches. Loved Corrigan’s beach for Paddleboarding, Surf Beach for wave play, Depot Beach for interesting rock pools at low tide!

Property is on the good location where is not too far from town (drive) and nice spot across the beach. It's clean and very relaxing. Found the spider and cockroach at the property, but it's understandble it occurred after heavy rain previous week.

Nice location, clean and the beds were comfortable. The sliding doors to the bedroom was at times tricky. Overall nice place to stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring a nice experience.

I liked the location, park a bit tired looking needs a revamp. Cabin was clean and comfy. Lady at reception did not shine her customer service was lacking. Maybe a customer service course may help. The restaurant was lovely staff very friendly. Got take away it was ok.

This park is close to the beach, but the cabin we stayed in was dirty, the floor was unclean, sink had soap scum on sink and around taps, the lounge was stained so much so that I did not want to sit on it, the shower was cracked with poor repairs, and the doona on the bed was stained. We stayed here as it was close to relatives we were visiting but would not stay here again.

Good location to explore bays around!
Good location and food at restaurant is great! The main bedroom is a bit too small, hard to move around in the bedroom.

The unit had almost everything u would need for the kitchen. The cushions on the coach were very soft and the tv was flakey for the 1st hr .

Property is 5 mins walk to beach. Cabins are okay, need to updated. The swimming pool, Mini golf are good to have with kids. The Lady at the reception is pretty quick in responses. Its a good option with family

They need to make sure that toilet paper is there as had to go find something open to get some But it was good place to stay and was friendly good for kids great to have a BBQ there

Great place, units clean, in good condition, staff friendly and helpful. We had an electrical appliance short and although happy to stay in unit we were upgraded to a better unit, just incase there was an electrical safety issue. Pool was great and not heap of "can't does". Cafe had good fish and chips.

Loved staying here plenty of room for us. The only down fall was the cooling, it was extremely hot inside the cabin and no air conditioning we had to go buy a extra fan just to try and keep cool. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Overall Pleasant Stay
Overall a good experience, just the cabin was a little dirty inside and outside, The Lovely neighbors did tell us it was from the people who stayed in there before us, so was understanding. No where to really park and thanks to the neighbors they let us park on their grass area.

Dishonest advertising- Pool was not heated or maintained well Hot water was a safety hazard as it kept changing temperature to extreme temperatures TV was not working Overall failed to meet expectations We were charged for extra people, but there were 3 rooms with 6 beds

Unfortunately you booked for 2 people, but turned up with 6 people. All our websites state additional adults are an extra $30 p/p and children are $15 p/child, so I am unsure why you brought this up when it was clearly explained to you? The booster was turned off behind the microwave, again this was not our fault as guests keep turning this off. The water was reported and dealt with immediately and we apologised for the fluctuation in temperature. We take great pride in our park and do not believe we advertise dishonestly. All we can do is apologise for guests whom do not book correctly.

Property was good and very helpful staff. The booking with wotif was a little confusing though. We had booked a studio room and the photos showed a double bed, twin bunks, a kitchenette and the doorway of what appeared to be a bathroom showing the glimpse of a toilet. When we arrived we were informed that there was no shower. This was a bit of a shock and meant we had to pay an extra amount to get a shower with the toilet and hand basin. So having a shower in our cabin ended up costing about $10 per person for one shower in the morning.

Great Place
Close to the beach, clean new spacious cabin, helpful staff. Car park beside the cabin. 10 minute drive into the center of Bateman Bay town center. Supermarket and shops even closer. Great beaches and places to visit to the south. I had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. No problems. I will return.

Not bad
My partner and I were not expecting anything fancy since we were doing our little get away on a budget, so the cabin we stayed in was fine given what we paid. It was old but in very good condition and super clean. However we found we had no hot water when using the shower. Some extra pillows would have been nice too. Overall, not bad for the price.
