The beach is just few steps across the road, with quiet waters for the kids to play in. Kitchen is fully equipped The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and plenty of room and views. The back bedroom has 2 sets of double bunks. Both have built in wardrobes. A big screen TV is in the living area with a dvd player, a few dvd's and some board games to play. There is a veranda across the back of the house offering a quite bushy outlook to get away, and a veranda across the front to relax and enjoy the views of the bay and the sea breeze. An extra toilet and shower are in the outside laundry, with a washing machine and extra freezer. Please Note: Linen and Towels are not supplied at this point in time. There is something very special about the feel of it. The views of the ocean right across the road are amazing, the sound of the waves is relaxing, the shells on the beach are plentiful and beautiful and the house is perfect for our family and is also affordable. I know of people who pay so much more in the bay for so much less. The weather was a bit rough this stay, but it didn't lessen our enjoyment in any way. It just meant more shells on the beach to enjoy, and a trip to Mogo Zoo as well. We'll definitely be coming back. ##### Jenny G. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. A clean and tidy little place within a stone's throw away from the beach. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We did bring our own linen, towels, tea towels etc which made it easy when it came time to pack up. I could log on to the smart TV using the personal hotspot on my phone. Family movie night went well watching a movie from either Netflix, Disney or Stan as I was able to access my own accounts. Very quiet and relaxing. We could have stayed longer. The large front yard made for a great area for young children to play in but we were very disappointed that the grass had not been mowed nor the gardens maintained in what appeared up be months with weeds growing half a metre high in places. We were also surprised to learn that the 2nd bathroom was in another building at the back of the yard. Also the BBQ was so dirty we could not use it. The location of this property is absolutely incredible, with a beach right outside the front door and shops an easy drive or walk away. The cottage itself is in such good condition and has all of the cooking utensils, dishes, and amenities you could ever need. There are books, board games, puzzles, and loads of natural light to enjoy. There is a massive window in the lounge room from which we watched some beautiful sunsets and a storm across the ocean. It was so lovely to listen to the waves at night too. You’ll need to bring your own linen. We brought tea towels with us too, and in hindsight we could have brought a bath mat as well. The bed squeaks a fair bit, which was a little troublesome only because we were trying to sleep with a baby in our room, but otherwise not a problem at all. Overall, a fantastic place to say.
