"Nice size townhouse.was very quiet and clean. The only complaint is coming from Melbourne the townhouse was quite warm and the main bedrooms air-conditioner unfortunately doesn't run very well so I had to stay in one of the smaller rooms which both were lovely and cool but coming from Victoria we could not sleep in the main room due to the room not cooling down for our needs. The kitchen was also very understocked and we unfortunately didnt have the basics to be able to do a few things we had...

"Kitchen cupboard door broken, water went everywhere when we showered. Main bedroom shower door doesn’t shut. Dust on outdoor furniture Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything, accommodated everyone well "

"We spent 3 nights, house was clean and tidy. It is very spacious. Pool was beautiful, no issues with sandflies/mosquito's outside. Home theatre and pool table provides lots of entertainment. On the downside, house is showing signs of age and some appliances were out of order. I would suggest replacing the frying pans, theynlook like camping frying pans. Overall i highly recommend to stay and would love to stay again!"

"Beautifully appointed, 14 Vitex was the perfect property for our return to Darwin to catch up with family. Everything you could need in a kitchen was supplied; we're talking slow cooker, blender and air fryer just to name a few. The pantry was very well stoked, including plenty of coffee capsules and condiments.The bedrooms were beautifully appointed with gorgeous sheets - so comfy. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor BBQ area; and the pool was soooo good for daily cool downs and...

"Our holiday was everything that we expected. The house was well presented and clean and the location could not be bettered. The only downside were some minor maintenance issues such as a couple of lights not working and the stove not working as well as it should. The floor in the kitchen could be looked at in the future as well but having said that it did not detract from the fabulous time we, as a family, had."
