Batangas City Sports Center

Grand Westside is a beautiful hotel. Location was perfect for all our errands and getting to the airport. The staff makes the place more beautiful! We enjoyed all the staff at the lobby/ entrance, breakfast, and housekeeping. Keep up the good work! This place can be busy on weekends though. But all in all, it was a great choice to spend a week here. Got two rooms for 4 people. The rooms are not big for more than 2 people. We had rooms with two twin beds. Highly recommended!

Staff at Belmont were great, from front desk, concierge, Bellmen, guards, to housekeeping. They were very polite and helpful. from our experience: I asked for an airport view and was assigned to one. Unfortunately the room was not too tight and the door has an opening from the floor of about 1.5 inches. It was loud when people passed bye. We could hear their conversation. So I called from desk and informed of the problem. Gabby, solved the problem right away by assigning us to a better room. She assisted us by sending a bellman to assist us with our luggage in moving to the new room. She kept checking if we are satisfied. Front dsk was always ready to help. Security was always ready to greet and open the doors. Housekeeping made sure that the room is clean as per our preference. I thank the staff, they were great. We stayed for a total of 10 day at Belmont.

Excellent hotel and good service near to the mall and restaurant. Plenty of mixed restaurants Filipino western Japanese Chinese Mexican Indonesia Mediterranean.. fantastic SPA service.. unblock city view
