8.8/10 Excellent! (1,962 reviews)
Upon first entry, the hotel seemed very clean. The shower is a bit small. Incredibly disappointing was that the toilet stopped working! It wouldn’t even turn over to flush. When I picked up the phone to dial 0, nothing happened. So the phone was broken and the phone cradle was so dirty.
We walked downstairs to tell the front desk what was happening. The man was very nice and put in a request to have it fixed. After an hour, we decided to go ahead and check out early. The complementary beverages and snacks were disappointing. Two bags of chips, three sodas, and two water bottles.
The valet men were so nice.
Overall, the location was perfect and the staff were nice, but for $$$$$$, I expect a working toilet and phone. Not worth the money and we won’t be back.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,415 reviews)
Overall good stay. Location is good, service good and room was comfortable. My only complaint would be that they didn’t make up our room. I would expect that from this level of hotel. But would definitely stay here again.

"For the price, this is so NOT worth it! Way too expensive for: 1) the shower didn't have enough hot water--even my boyfriend who takes very quick showers experienced the water going cold before he finished. 2) there is no mirror in the bathroom and no hair towels (only body towels and face towels), ..."

9.4/10 Exceptional! (18 reviews)
"We traveled with two parents and three kids in their early 20s. They loved the time capsule feel of the cabin, which is very 80s! The furniture was comfortable and the hot tub worked well. We had smores and played games. It was a peaceful environment, and we enjoyed exploring the area. I DO NOT recommend ..."
