### Mountain Cabin (#114) - Quiet, peaceful woodland location!

Villa #114 is unique ranch-style (one floor) home on a quiet, flat, woodland lot. Access is easy with only one step up to the front deck and four more steps to the front door. Enjoy peace and quiet on the rear deck surrounded by trees. Located within the Bryce Resort community, this home is about one mile from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and two miles from the Basye Community Store.   
  
Please review the listing photos carefully. This woodland home is clean and well maintained, but rustic. It's an affordable, comfortable retreat for a wide range of guests.   
  
FEATURES & AMENITIES:  
A spacious dining room/living room with a wood-burning fireplace is conveniently located by the kitchen and breakfast nook. Firewood is provided from late fall through early spring. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The large main bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full hallway bathroom with a third bedroom with two twin beds. Extra sleeping capacity is available on the living room's sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are also available for guests who play hard outdoors or plan a long stay. Sleeps 8.  
  
The chalet is supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.   
  
The flat screen TVs include basic cable, and high-speed 50mbps WiFi internet is sufficient for working, streaming, and limited gaming. There's a DVD player for movie night and a wide selection of DVDs for free usage at our Check-in Office.  
  
OTHER NOTABLES:  
Pets are permitted for a $100 fee per pet, per stay (maximum three).   
  
This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.  
  
This property does not have an outdoor hot tub, grill, or fire pit.  
  
Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.   
  
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.  
  
MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN:  
Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park. Please visit Bryce Resort's website for more information, seasonality, and pricing. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts.  
  
Bryce Resort is also the perfect launch point for many other adventures in the northern Shenandoah Valley, including hiking, fishing, hot air ballooning, visiting wineries & breweries, exploring caverns, antiquing, enjoying the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival on summer Saturdays in nearby Orkney Springs, and so much more.

#### Great last minute find! 

We booked this at the last minute (literally!) for our stay in the Shenandoah area. It was the perfect place for what we needed - nothing fancy, but all the essentials. Neighborhood is quiet, check in process is seamless, and the house was great.

Hello, there is no power when we come back around 6pm yesterday. And until midnight. I tried to contact the owner but there is no response for any number? I don't know why they don't have any back up for that accident. We have little kids and seniors people, we can't cook and no hot water and no light. We try our best to contact the owner by all the numbers I have, and even the maintenance number listed in the house is empty number. This is no service. We really want to cancel yesterday night And the same thing there is no service way to do that. The number list the the attached photo really doesn’t work
