Located on a quiet 2 acre parcel at the end of a mountain road, this unit is only 1.4 miles to Bryce Resort's main lodge, golf course, ski/bike lifts, and restaurant & bar. The condo is also 1.4 miles away from the Basye Community Store. FEATURES & AMENITIES: Senedo Condo #1-201 is a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, main floor unit that's directly accessible at the parking lot level. Its large covered balcony feels like a tree house, even though it's on the main floor. The outside common area offers picnic tables and charcoal grills. This unit has a galley-style kitchen and convenient dining either at the eat-at kitchen bar or a dining area adjacent to the living room and kitchen. A washer/dryer is also located in the kitchen. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, rustic furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a treetop-level view of the Bryce Resort golf course and Great North Mountain (winter views are best). The main bedroom includes a queen bed, a steam sauna, an en-suite half bathroom, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and easy access the main full bathroom. The condo comfortably accommodates four but can sleep as many as six with the living room Murphy bed. Please review the listing photos carefully. This condo is clean and well maintained, but rustic. While not modern, it's nevertheless an affordable, comfortable retreat for a wide range of guests. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, one scrubby pad, and two laundry pods. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store. Firewood is provided from late fall through early spring in the firewood bin beneath the maintenance building (between the two condo buildings). The flat screen TVs include basic cable, and high-speed 50mbps WiFi internet is sufficient for working, streaming, and limited gaming. There's a DVD player for movie night and a wide selection of DVDs (free to borrow during your stay) at our Reception Office. OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are permitted for a $80 fee per pet, per stay (maximum two). This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information. Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park. Comes in with most basic amenities.-Easy check in-Quiet neighbors, at least when we stayed here-Great view, looking into golf course, some bird watching-Got sauna, jacuzzi, and fireplace. Fireplace stocked up with kindling and woods.-They were accommodating to let us leave later without extra charge-Very responsive and fast to address issues. We had toilet clogged, but they fixed it fast. Cons:-Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned up. When we were in it, there were small specs, I think it was sunblock lotion or something like that-Didn't have shampoo and conditioners, no hairdryer-No sugar for kitchenBut overall, much more positives than negatives.
