Designed for families, couples and groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and multiple living spaces, giving everyone room to be together without feeling crowded.

And because vacations are better with the whole family, up to two dogs are welcome, too!

THE SPACE

The home is designed to make group trips feel easy, with multiple levels of living space so everyone has room to gather, relax and spread out.

MAIN LEVEL

The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living space surrounded by windows and mountain views. Relax by the fireplace, settle into the living room or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen while still being part of the conversation.

Whether you’re making breakfast before hitting the slopes, preparing dinner after a day on the lake or pouring a glass of wine as the sun goes down, the open layout keeps everyone connected.

The primary bedroom with a king bed is conveniently located on this level.

UPSTAIRS

Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. The bedrooms share access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making this level ideal for couples or families traveling together.

LOWER LEVEL + GAME ROOM

The lower level is made for movie nights, game days and a little friendly competition.

Kick back on the reclining sofas in front of the huge 85-inch TV, challenge your crew to a game of air hockey, or give the kids and teens their own space to hang out while the adults relax upstairs.

The fourth bedroom is also located on this level and includes a double bed and single bed, with an additional single roll-away bed available.

Step outside to the newly added lower-level deck, where egg chairs and beautiful mountain views create another place to slow down, relax and enjoy the setting.

Start your morning outside with a cup of coffee and mountain views, unwind in the private hot tub after a day at Bryce, or gather around the propane fire pit as the sun goes down.

Our newly added lower-level deck provides even more room to enjoy the outdoors and easy access to the private hot tub. Settle into the egg chairs, breathe in the mountain air and enjoy a slower pace for a while.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The home accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests. Please make sure all guests are accurately reflected on your reservation.

DOG FRIENDLY

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Please include pets with your reservation.

Because this is a dog-friendly home, the property may not be appropriate for guests with severe pet allergies.

QUIET HOURS

The home is located in an HOA community with full-time residents. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please enjoy our outdoor spaces while being respectful of our neighbors.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Our home is designed for family vacations, couples and responsible groups. Parties and events are not permitted, and the maximum occupancy of 10 must be observed.

WINTER WEATHER

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is necessary during winter weather conditions as our home is located on a steep hill. Mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly, so please check the forecast before traveling.

HOT TUB

A private outdoor hot tub is available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Because it is outdoors in the mountains, weather conditions may affect the surrounding deck and outdoor areas.

PARKING

Free on-site parking is available for up to 6 smaller vehicles or 4 larger SUV/Trucks.

EV CHARGING

A Level 2 EV charging plug is available for guests traveling with an electric vehicle.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT

Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and adjacent reservations.

Outdoor Security Cameras & Guest Privacy

For the safety and security of our property and guests, we have two outdoor security cameras to help monitor property access and ensure the number of guests aligns with the reservation. We respect our guests’ privacy, and all cameras are located outdoors, with no cameras inside the home. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable experience while allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay with privacy and peace of mind.
