What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. The neighbors blasted music outside of their houses every night we were there which lasted as late as 2am. It was a different house every night with sound equipment set up on the porch. Also came with a plunge pool. It’s a beautiful property and you get to experience all noises of the jungle. We saw red frogs (3) and a sloth and monkeys. We stayed 2 nights and felt good about that as the restaurants were limited and we could count ok in our villa but didn’t feel like it. I would definitely recommend for those looking to get away from crowds and experience nature in a very comfortable setting."
