"This is an excellent property. Lovely accommodations, a beautiful swimming pool, vistas, a private path to Leroux Beach, fully equipped kitchen, and very quiet. The sound of the ocean waves are soothing. The hostess Aude was exceptionally helpful from answering questions to referring us find William, Pelican Safari Tours, who provided transfers,tours, and friendship. "The stay was great and the majority of the staff were very welcoming however one member at reception refused to give us beach towels to use the facilities the day of checking out. Note: We were not notified that towels would not be replaced once you give them back to the reception otherwise we would have keep them until our last day to enjoy the pool and give them back upon leaving the hotel. it would have been fair to either notify us or give us towels given that we were not informed of this by anyone. Majority of hotels would have given a towel replacement to use the facilities and the 3 stars rating for staff and service is due to this specific incident other than that everyone have been nice and welcoming to us. On a positive note - the restaurant staff were amazing! "
