This family vacation villa is built on a plot of land with a total area of 770 m2 with a living space of a total area of 280 m2, consisting of two floors connected by internal stairs.  
  
On two floors of this modern villa for rent, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an entertainment area with darts, a Play Station and a pool table. In addition, this villa also has a guest toilet.  
  
The terrace of this villa with a view of the sea is decorated with a spacious heated infinity pool of 40 m2, around which there are deckchairs for sunbathing and outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the mountains.
