The front desk lady was friendly and extremely helpful, which made our stay that much easier. This was much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The breakfast was great. This property was well positioned for us, and well serviced by trams, making travel around the city quite convenient. The Basel visitor card, from our hotel, enabled free public transport travel.

We were delighted at how friendly the staff were. The ladies at the front desk became friends by the time we left. They were also very helpful with recommendations and helpful tips. The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious and the rooms well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was at a really high quality (in terms of facilities and cleanliness). Customer service provided was outstanding. The hotel is located at a good location... a few minutes away from the city center with the tram.

Comfortable bed, cool air-conditioning, good wifi, simple but good breakfasts, helpful staff. The one problem was the automatic late check-in. I found the instructions difficult to follow, but a manager answered the phone quickly and let me in. However, that didn't detract from an excellent stay. The hotel was everything I wanted it to be, and more.

Skuffende ophold

Grundlæggende så synes jeg egentlig det er var okay. Men jeg synes der er noget du selv kunne gøre bedre. Altså jeg synes indsætningen var en katastrofe fordi receptionen var lukket og folk har svært ved at gå ind på deres værelser fordi den der til genstand den ikke rigtig fungerede. Derfor så synes jeg at den trak meget ned og så sendte og så var der heller ikke rengøring om søndagen selvom jeg har sendt mit skilt på døren. Jeg er på vej lidt skuffet over det og morgenmaden var heller ikke imponerende.

Logo na recepção encontramos uma brasileira que nos deu algumas dicas sobre a cidade e como nos locomover com os transportes públicos. Foi-nos fornecido um ticket “free” para usarmos nos transportes. No dia seguinte, nos deparamos com outra funcionários da recepção que também falava português, de Portugal. Essas duas meninas foram realmente a cereja do bolo do hotel.

Excellent accueil , réceptionnistes attentifs , polis , souriants , dévoués. Petit déjeuner copieux , varié , généreux et très bon. Mais … 1 ère chambre , le volet mécanique de la fenêtre ne fonctionnait pas Seconde chambre, le petit frigo ne fonctionnait pas, donc pas de boissons fraîches alors qu’il faisait tres chaud dans ma chambre .
