This was ideal for a bed and shower. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn’t see any employees at all and since we arrived early, we had to pay extra for check-in since there was no one to store our luggage. The room was no bigger than the bed, no a/c, little loud with window open, rv sized shower. Pricey for what you got. Extra $ for maid service. Check in was a block away at a different hotel. Our room was on floor 3 which, in Switzerland, means up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. So, a little inconvenient. The room was small, but we were expecting that. It was very clean and comfortable. Worst hotel ever. It was such a slum room with floor full of dust, shower with terrain on the ground and stained sheets. To complete the scenario a non-working hearing with frozen temperature.
