Main building Exterior entrance door handle came off when I turned it to enter, no mention of 15 stairs I had to Carry my belongings to the top to enter the apartment, No exterior lights working, the GFCI in the bathroom not working, no instructions on how to work the “Nest brand “ thermostat which operates on Wi-Fi, The Wi-Fi wasn’t working,I was told by owner to watch a YouTube on how to operate a Nest thermostat, and he told me that I wasn’t a priority on his list because he had other guests that needed help.I would never return to his property, nor would I recommend it. ##### Yvonne S. This definitely should be called out in the listing. There are things the host could do to make the apartment more homey. The bed pillows need to be replaced with ones thicker than postage stamps, a box of facial tissues and an extra roll of bathroom tissue are a few suggestions. Also, it was very hot in the apartment and when we turned on the ceiling fan over the bed, it really moved a lot on anything other than low.
