Charming home with direct lake access, close to town

"Our stay in Greenville was really excellent. The hosts, Ken & Lindsay were great. The place was very beautiful, with the dock being the best feature. The view was absolutely stunning, and was one of the highlights of our weekend. Our group had a blast at this property. It was a great experience, and the property was perfect for a weekend trip to mt kineo, being only around 23 minutes to the shuttle in rockwood."

"I booked Bingham Motor Inn for a night before our white water rafting. Surprisely everything works so well. The room was spacious, modern and clean. It was very quiet. it has microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a mini fridge. The checkin was very smooth by presign a code. The staff answered my questions via text messsages which was very helpful when I was in remote areas before checkin. I would recommend it"

"The facilities and location were great. My only comment is when I made reservations, I made the assumption that "trail side" lodging meant next (or very near) to the Appalachian Trail which we had come to the area to hike. The facility is actually next to a fairly busy ATV trail which I should have known by researching the facility better. The facility is convenient to the town of Monson and not too far from the AT, so all was well. Just a heads-up for future guests."

"Kevin’s cabin was everything we wanted for our lakeside stay. Excellent swimming, boating and just hanging. The water is so clear and the boulders along the rocky shoreline are massive and beautiful! We were very comfortable on the fully screened porch - it faces west for great sunsets. Kevin is a friendly and helpful host! We’d love to stay again."
