Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über das Tal und auf Lussan. Der Pool ist so einladend, dass meine Frau trotz der ungewöhnlich kalten Außentemperaturen Anfang November gebadet hat. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen z.B. wandern direkt vom Haus oder klettern (15 Autominuten bei Seynes)... Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt bei unseren...

"We zijn gebleven voor 1 nacht en daarbleef het bij algehele indruk slecht niet schoongemaakt veel spinnen webben en als we er vragen over hebben dan. Krijgen we als antwoordt dat dit bij frankrijk hoort.zwembad op de foto is niet daar aanwezig maar vijf minuten lopen en sterk vervuild. Veel zaken in de gite zijn kapot bij binnenkomst wordt er nog snel een lamp grplakt met contact lijm. Bij het verlaten van wc breekt de klink van de deur. Niet sporen van vorige huurders nog zichtbaar in de keuken...

Maar op de foto,s staan kussens op de ligbedden,die waren er niet!!Ook de tuin meubels waren erg slecht.gewoon een paar erg ongemakkelijke plastic kuip stoeltje ,zonder kussens,!!! De 2e dag kregen we 2 kussentjes van welgeteld 1 cm ,dik !! Ondermaats !De beschreven haar droger ? Nooit gezien !!De Wifi is pré historisch !!! However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). "This air conditioned home had everything we needed for our holiday. Imaculate inside, very modern. The added private, gated secure parking was excellent. The home was less than a one minute walk to the start of the shops, bars, restaurants. Very pretty town. The owners, Jean-marc, Jackie and Alexa were very helpful and on site if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Would recommend the Ardeche region and Vallon Pont D’Arc for a brilliant holiday. "Ancien corps de ferme magnifiquement renové, superbe piscine. Le terrain de petanque est tres sympa également. La route pour accéder au mas offre un point de vue exceptionnel et la situation géographique est ideale pour découvrir ardeche meridionale et ses rivieres. Le logement correspond plus a un appartement qu'a une maison situé en r+1 et il y a un r+ 2 également loué au dessus. Cela devrait etre précisé dans l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et gentils, mais un peu trop...
