Upon walking in, I was very impressed by the layout. The good: well stocked kitchen (a lot of tools), plenty of burners and prep space, efficient sink and dishwasher, large fridge, nice layout and separation between the bedrooms, the layout in the living room is cozy. The best part was the hot tub right off the deck, which managed to stay within the 101-104 range the entire time (we were hot most of the time). For a group of 7 snowboarding at Stevens, it was pretty great and I never felt cramped. Stereo system was also very enjoyable to play games.
The not so good: So I've stayed with this Company and while this place was REALLY well stocked, I'd probably stay at the other place over this one where the hot tub was having issues. 4 of us really struggled to sleep because the beds were very dated. Any time one person moved a little, it would wake up the other person up (happened to at least two couples). Secondly, my partner and I are severely allergic to dogs and I knew we were in trouble when we walked in and saw dog bowls and a cat chasing toy! My partner's symptoms are more acute than mine, and he really struggled the entire trip. Lastly, it fits 8 but I wish they would swap out the furniture to include a sofa sleeper in the living room to keep a couple's privacy :) Overall, it was a great stay as it did what it was intended to do - which was be an efficient launching pad for our long weekend snowboard trip at Stevens, but definitely beware if you are allergic!
