Ommairi, the manager, was outstanding and ensured everything ran smoothly. Our safari guide, Steven, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and a true expert in wildlife. His open safari vehicle was especially perfect for photography, giving us clear, unobstructed views. We were sent off with more singing and dancing, which was a lovely and emotional farewell. The only thing we would recommend adding is a small air heater for the very cold nights and early mornings in July. Aside from that, everything was truly exceptional."
