Host is late + Misunderstanding about sheets/towels + cleaning

L'annonce indiquait disponible à partir de 16h. La propriétaire nous a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas avant 16h30. A 16h30 nous étions devant la maison mais personne ne nous attendait. Nous avons appelé la propriétaire qui nous a dit ne pouvoir venir que 20 minutes plus tard mais est finalement arrivée seulement 40 minutes plus tard. Elle nous a fait attendre en plein soleil avec un enfant petit. Ca démarrait mal. Sa première question a été ensuite, à notre grande surprise, de savoir si nous avions des draps. D'après elle c'était clair dans l'annonce mais après vérification c'était noyé dans une longue liste d'éléments d'information concernant la maison. Elle nous a demandé de payer un supplément. La propriétaire est revenue 30 minutes plus tard avec les draps et nous a demandé de payer en espèces. Toute cette procédure donnait l'impression d'être bien rodée pour obtenir un supplément et éviter de payer des commissions à la plateforme. Aussi, venant peut-être de l'étranger, j'ai pensé que c'était bizarre que le propriétaire nous demande de nettoyer ensuite pour une utilisation normale (nous n'avons pas organisé de fête ou fait de cuisine massive). Je ne sais pas si c'est l'habitude ici dans toutes les locations en Normandie, mais cela nous a beaucoup stressés. Sinon la maison est propre. L'internet est seulement de l'ADSL mais fonctionne. Pensez à apporter du liquide vaisselle, lave linge ou lave vaisselle si vous souhaitez les utiliser.

Maison spacieuse est agréable.

Grande maison confortable avec de beaux espaces de vie, la véranda particulièrement. Très bien équipée en électroménager. De nombreux vélos à disposition. Idéal pour profiter de Barfleur et de cette très jolie région. Mme Godan a été très soucieuse de notre bien-être.
