We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.

▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).  
  
▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.  
  
▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.  
  
▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.  
  
▻ Pet Policy – We’re happy to welcome pets! A $120 non-refundable fee applies, plus $50 for each additional pet. This helps cover the extra deep cleaning to keep the home fresh for all guests.  
  
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.  
  
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)  
  
▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.  
  
▻ There are exterior cameras installed above the front door and above the back door. It is on and recording 24/7.

The house was perfect for our time here. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay! The location was great. We were so close to everything. The house was perfect for our trip to Bardstown! Clean, well-decorated, and located in close proximity to downtown shopping and dining. Also very centrally located to many great distilleries which made visiting multiple locations easy. We will definitely consider for future trips!

The backyard was very accommodating to our pet needs; fences are expensive and can be tricky with local ordinances, but a fully enclosed backyard would make a great situation a perfect one.The house and property were very clean, the kitchen very functionally stocked, bathrooms ready to go with plenty of towels/soap/shampoo etc., TVs were awesome and internet service fully provided for. We really liked how the doors locked behind you and were so easily unlocked with our code. The neighborhood was pleasant and felt very safe. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property!

“Wow!” That was our reaction when we opened the front door! The home was beautifully decorated! And well appointed with everything we needed. The exterior of the home was well groomed and fresh. #### Fantastic Home!

We had a wonderful stay in Bardstown. The home was beautiful. We had a great time as a family playing games at the large dining room table, and relaxing in the comfortable living room. The beds were amazing, so soft. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood has the friendliest people, and we enjoyed meeting them and talking with them as well.

#### A wonderful getaway next to history and fun!

We had a lovely five-night stay, two tired parents and two kids. The house was clean, stylish, and had all the necessary amenities to make us feel “at home.” Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants in historic Bardstown. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming! The kitchen is great, we made multiple meals together. And enough room for us ask to get away from each other, when we needed quiet time.This is a great house for a family or a group of friends to stay at. And the Bardstown area has so many activities a short drive away. There is so much more to do there than just bourbon tasting!

Beautiful home and had everything we needed however when we walked in there was an odor, similar to that of a dirty mop. We purchased some Lysol spray which helped. The master bedroom light and ceiling fan didn’t work.One side of the master shower door does not slide open. Also eight brick corner pieces for the firepit were laying on top of the post and need needed cement bonding to reapply. Mentioned these items to the host.
