THE HOUSE OF WHEELS

House fully equipped. It consists of 100 square meters divided into, gallery, 3 bedrooms, a toilet, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, heating and electric fireplace. The house is located in a natural reserve area (Besaya), 40 minutes from the ski slope (high field) and 35 minutes from Santander. You can also make trekking routes along the Roman road and in other parts of the village. Its location is in a village called Pujayo where 80 inhabitants live approximately and at the same time connected with the nearest town called Barcena de Pie de Concha located five minutes by car, where we find most services.

Lovely Neighborhood
Nice quiet home. The neighborhood was very picturesque. The small town doesn’t have much, but a nearby town has a small grocery store and pharmacy. (10 minutes away by car)

¡Nuestra estadía en esta casa rural fue una experiencia increíble! Ubicada en una aldea tranquila y encantadora, este lugar nos ofreció exactamente la paz y la calma que estábamos buscando durante nuestros días de vacaciones. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta si buscas un escape tranquilo. La casa rural era acogedora y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para sentirnos como en casa. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, y el ambiente en general era súper relajante. Marisa, la propietaria, nos dio excelentes consejos para aprovechar al máximo la casa, lo cual mejoró nuestra comodidad durante la estancia. Además, había un montón de cosas que hacer cerca. Exploramos los alrededores y encontramos actividades al aire libre que nos mantuvieron entretenidos. En resumen, si buscas una escapada tranquila con un toque hogareño, este es el lugar perfecto.

Espero que a raíz de nuestra estancia la propiedad considere aumentar la potencia eléctrica contratada. He visto las reseñas y son todas muy buenas porque son de verano. Los acumuladores eléctricos para la calefacción hacían que no pudiéramos tener ni una bombilla encendida pues se iba la luz. Los alimentos de la nevera se estropearon, no pudimos ni poner un lavavajillas…. La ducha era de gas, pero el chispazo de encender la caldera hacía que se fuera la luz. La propiedad nos devolvió el precio de una noche como indemnización, pero nos hizo sentir en todo momento que nosotros éramos los culpables de estos fallos eléctricos lo que no es muy agradable.

La ubicación de la casa es muy buena porque todos los lugares que queríamos visitar estaban bastante cerca (más o menos a 1 hora de camino). El trato con la dueña ha sido fluido y ha sido una persona bastante agradable. Lo único que puntualizaría, que ya le comenté a la dueña al irnos, es que el agua de la ducha no tiene un término medio, o te abrasas o te hielas no puedes ponerla templada. Salvando ese detalle por lo demás todo bien.
