Villa in Paradela with a private outdoor area, including a pool, terrace and barbecue. The ground floor has an entrance hall with a fireplace, a living room, a kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom. The second floor has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The third floor has another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



The property has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers, plus an additional full bathroom.



The house has gas central heating, available only from November to March. The first gas cylinder is included; additional cylinders are available for an extra fee. Outside this period, central heating is not available. Charging electric cars or motorhomes is not permitted. Parties are not allowed. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed on prior request and for an extra fee. Drinking the water directly from the tap is not recommended. The villa is in a rural area, where typical countryside smells and noises may occur. The house has many steps and spiral staircases and is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. The pool is open all year round.



A maintenance company has access to the garden to service the pool. Please keep the gate closed and supervise your pet during these visits to prevent it from leaving the property.
