House in Paradela with exclusive outdoor space, including a pool, terrace, and barbecue. On the second floor, you’ll find an entrance hall with a fireplace, a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and a bedroom. The third floor has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the fourth floor, there’s another bedroom with its own bathroom.



The property offers two bedrooms with en-suite showers and an additional full bathroom.



The house features central gas heating. The first gas bottle is provided; further bottles are available for an extra fee. Charging electric cars or motorhomes is not allowed.
