Built in 2023, the residence is situated in a prime location thanks to its proximity to the golf course in summer and the cross-country ski trails in winter. This magnificent two-bedroom apartment features a spacious and bright living room opening onto a lovely terrace, complete with a sofa bed for two. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Two separate bedrooms complete the apartment: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). The apartment has a lovely bathroom and a separate toilet.
