"Very average facility at a very high cost. Food availability is limited and transport links are even less so overall not a great option unless you’re looking for a place to stay for a weekend. Rooms are not very comfortable, noisy you can hear snoring from next door, bathroom is too small and not well laid out for any comfort. Beautiful surroundings but that’s about it. Bedding is ok, no air conditioning only heating by radiator, parking is easy in open, and seemed enough space, WiFi doesn’t reach well to the rooms because it probably comes from the same hub as the reception which is in a separate building. Oh and you must leave a note on the door if you want the room cleaned, otherwise it will not be cleaned. "

"At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and despite getting in touch that afternoon both by email and phone I received this reply at 20.00 - unfortunately we throw hygiene products from a departure in the trash. Sorry but those are the rules. Best regards Kati Azeroth Reservation Not acceptable in any way, shape or form after only a few hours since checking out. I wanted to upload some photos but the app isn't working properly. I also couldn't rate the parking which was very gravelly, apparently they top it up weekly, so motorcycle riders beware of the steep hill blind turn down into the hotel car park!
