Large old house and its modernity awaits you for your vacation .. ideally located between Périgord to the east (40!kms from the Dordogne) and the Atlantic seaboard to the west (65 kms from the sea) to the south, the beautiful city of Bordeaux and its vineyards (85kms 1 hour drive.) To the north of the house, 10 km away, are the vineyards of cognac (great champagne and its villages.)
The house is located on a 2 hectare property at the door of a small village of 5000 inhabitants ... its markets, its shops and its hospital.
The house is a mixture of old and modern.
Large living room ... 90m2 kitchen with waxed concrete and its glass roof. view of the heated swimming pool and its jacuzzi.
Terraces for aperitifs, your evenings a lean-to for meals.
An outdoor barbecue is available.
A soccer field is available for children as well as a ping ping and trampoling table.
