Villa Alka is situated in the heart of Istria, on the outskirts of a small village Grandici.
The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 5 minutes drive in town Barban

The house is newly built and modernly decorated.

Super Garten und Pool. Wlan leider sehr schlecht. Haus ist nicht neu aber sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub allerdings konnte man gar nichts ohne Auto machen.
