Holiday house with private pool in village Bulići
Beautiful house with huge green surrounding and private swimming pool is located in a tiny picturesque village called Bulići. Location in the inland Istria makes this property a nice choice for relaxing and peaceful holiday.
Outside activities on the spacious private property include various sports, children playground or just swimming and laying by the pool. Evenings under the open air with tasteful BBQ dinner will be a nice closure of the long summer day.
The garden covers area of 10 000m2 with private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), exterior shower, 10 sunbeds, 2 hammocks, 2 x BBQ, 3 x garden sitting furniture and children playground with swings and slide.. In the back yard there is a volleyball and football field, table tennis.
Distanced 25 km from Pula, the cultural and historical center of Istrian peninsula, 15 km from the Istrian coast, village offers perfect escape from the busy and vivid atmosphere of the Istrian coast. Yet, within 15 minutes drive through the picturesque scenery, the beaches and urban life experience can be reached. It's a perfect starting point for daily visit to magnificent medieval Istrian places or children aqua park Istralandia.
Holiday property consists of 2 attached houses (70 m2 + 110 m2), each with its own entrance door. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Garden with all facilities is private and to the exclusive disposal to the guests. Mosquito net on the windows.
1st part of the house (70m2) consists of:
-living room with sofa bed and SAT TV -fully equipped kitchen with dinning table for 4 persons ( 4 rings cooker, 2 gas + 2 electric, refrigerator with freezing section, oven , coffee machine, toaster, cooker hood, microwave and cooking utilities) -bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed -bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, toilet, bide, washing machine
2nd part of the house (110m2) consists of:
-living room with sofa bed and SAT TV -fully equipped kitchen with dinning table for 6 persons ( 4 rings cooker, 2 gas + 2 electric, refrigerator with freezing section, oven , coffee machine, toaster, cooker hood, microwave, dish washer and cooking utilities) -2 double bedrooms -bathroom: shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine

Sehr schönes,ursprüngliches istrisches Haus. Sehr gut gelegen, wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub haben möchte. Toller großer Pool, Geschirr und Besteck ausreichend vorhanden.
Möchte man dem stressigen, hektischen, lauten Alltag entfliehen und der Natur beim Arbeiten zuhören, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft ist das letzte Haus der Straße und auf Nachbarn trifft man erst nach ca. 500m. Sehen kann man die Nachbarn jedoch nicht (relativ dicht bewachsen).
Die Eigentümer wohnen mit drei Hunden auch auf dem Grundstück und runden den ganzen Aufenthalt positiv ab. Wir wurden mit dem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt, haben Informationen und Tipps zum Land, dem Essen, Veranstaltungen und den Menschen erhalten. Insiderwissen, welches man im Internet nicht so einfach findet.
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr umfangreich. Alle Geräte des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden (siehe Inserat).
Alles in allem kann man sagen, unser Urlaub war mit 10 Tagen zu kurz und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.
Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, aber war für uns genau richtig. Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus, sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Produkten aus ihrem eigenen Garten versorgt.
Wer einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub möchte, abseits des ganzen Tourismusrummels, ist dieses Objekt perfekt
Das Ferienhaus liegt wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig am Rand eines winzigen Dorfes. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass der Pool top gepflegt und sauber ist, wie auch das gesamte Haus. Sehr nette Eigentümer, sie wohnen gleich nebenan. Das Haus ist schon sehr abgelegen. Wenn man unternehmungslustig ist muss man schon mindestens 40 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, um schöne Strände, oder Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden. Das ist aber auch so beschrieben und damit von vornherein klar. Die Koordinaten und angegebene Adresse ist nicht ganz korrekt. Das hat die Ankunft etwas erschwert. Aber der Besitzer des Hauses war ganz reizend und hat uns persönlich abgeholt und uns dann den Weg gezeigt. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!!
