I had not been to the area before and did not realize it is on the main road so it is a little noisy, and there is no water access in front of the property- I thought there was. But there is a nice view. I think it is a nicely renovated building with about 6 part time and full time apartments. The porch was nice. You could hear the traffic from the road in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. However, you can hear the people next door as if they're in your room. Their toilet is right next to the master bed and the flushes woke us up. We could hear their conversations when they arrived at midnight.
