"Check in was easy, except wrist bands wouldn't open door and had to go twice to desk to get activated. Also charged $20 dollars for parking where it actually says no charge on website. Desk said ever since covid there's been a charge. That made absolutely no sense. We ordered pizza from inside hotel and it was reasonably priced and delicious."

"Hotel was spotless and very well cared for. We stayed for 4 nights (Monday-Friday) and the front desk staff were all very friendly and efficient. We stayed on the 4th floor and our whole stay was quiet. Breakfast was fully stocked each morning with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and either turkey sausage, pork sausage or bacon crumbles. They rotated the breakfast meats each day. Lucky charms and Cheerios were available each day too along with oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, mini muffins, bread, bagels, English muffins, peanut butter, cream cheese and apples/bananas/maybe oranges too. Apple and orange juice was available each morning and the fresh ground coffee machines were available 24/7 and the coffee/decaf were great! Water and sparkling water is also available 24/7 in the breakfast area. The rooftop had a big grill, some fire pits and globe lights with comfortable furniture to relax on. We took advantage of it on a couple nights around 9:30 and it was quiet and peaceful. We also took advantage of the Land of Natura (1 day) and Noah’s Ark (entire length of stay) passes they had at the front desk for $25 each. The rooms looked and smelled brand new and the housekeeping staff really do an amazing job. The bathroom was stocked with Dove hand soap and body lotion and the shower had Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner which was awesome! The one complaint I have is that the AC didn’t always stay on overnight and I lost sleep on 2-3 nights due to being too warm."

"We had a two night stay with our small dog. It was nice. Some little kids and adults in the room next to us were louder than their barking dogs. We wished there was a breakfast offered each morning so we didn’t have to go into The Dells for coffee and breakfast/food. Friendly staff!"

Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon

"My husband and I stayed with Club Wyndham for the first time at the Wilderness Glacier Canyon Lodge. Our four night stay was nothing but pure bliss, and we definitely plan on coming back! After check-in we were told about some of the benefits Wyndham timeshares had to offer and were asked if we would like to attend their tour, but we were not interested at the time to which they had no problem with and told us to enjoy our stay! The Wilderness resort brings back much nostalgia because I used to visit there all the time with my family as a child. Now, my husband and I want to continue the tradition with our family. This place has everything the whole family could want on a vacation. From the waterparks to the arcades to food, they have it all. We have already made so many great memories there, and we highly recommend going! Just remember they do get very busy during peak season, so if you’re looking for a more laid back version of the Wilderness, we recommend going during their off-season! Also, be sure to check out the downtown (our favorite restaurant is the Dell Bar) as well as Devil’s Lake State Park!"
