  • Welcome to Gîte Urbain Le Citadin, a spacious 137 m² townhouse in Bar-sur-Aube, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. This property accommodates up to 6 guests.



    On the ground floor, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with TV, and a WC. Wi-Fi is provided.



    The first floor features one bedroom (160x200 bed + baby cot) with TV, a second bedroom (1 bed 180x200 and 1 bunk bed for children under 40 kg) with TV, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, double sink, and WC.



    On the second floor, there is a play area with toys and books, a bedroom (180x200 bed) with TV, shower and sink, as well as a separate WC.



    Utilities (electricity and heating within normal use), towels, and bed linens are included. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Free public parking is available just a few meters away.
