"We rented the whole place and had a magical week. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and made everything easy. The place is beautiful, definitely rustic, but that's fine. The water and boats worked perfectly. We camped on islands and had adventures every day. The Kitchen is big and functional. "I will never go back there. I have rented many times thru VRBO for longer vacations and never had a problem. I decided to go thru VRBO to rent a 2 night stay in Maine and paid top dollar. There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay."

"Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good."
