"The hotel was worn. I had a "suite", the Seattle Slew Suite which was one large room. My window view opened onto an interior storage room, with a final window to the outside which had a view of a/c units on a roof. Chairs with cloth upholstery had old liquid stains. The bathroom, which was quite large, had mold embedded in the shower grout. The room was dark. There was no bell service. The hotel charged $15 night to park in an outside lot. I had a rate which included breakfast. The hotel gave us vouchers for a specific entree rather than letting us choose what we wanted to eat. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. Hilton should be ashamed to market this property as a Hilton. Would not stay there again. "

"The AC in my room was not working properly. Luckily it was not super hot, but I like it cool at night and even though it was turned all the way down to 60 it did not come on at all and I didn’t realize it till the second night there so it was not comfortable for me at night while I was sleeping. The restaurant was understaffed and service was very slow."

"Overall, very nice place in a good neighborhood. Spacious with very good amenities and a contemporary open design. Reserved parking space is very convenient. Our only improvements would be for the pillows to be more comfortable, and we were surprised at the freight train passing nearby, whistling once in the early hours of the morning. But those are minor. We would come back when returning to Lexington."
