The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, but seemed perhaps a touch inexperienced. Not that it detracted from my stay at all, it was just a bit short of the standard one would expect at a five-star hotel. Aside from that I had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good We arrived early and hotel let us check in. They did not have to. We were also allowed a late checkout 4pm this was very helpful for us and I would like to thank the hotel. There was no extra charge for this.
