First problem. The hotel is not call "Kaiser Hotel Guangzhou Gangding Metro" It's been renamed "Guangzhou Tianhe James Joyce ELITE Hotel" for many years and why Expedia still advertise in the old name. We arrived and took us nearly an hour to found out the Elite Hotel is where we are staying.
Second Problem. We booked for 3 persons to include Breakfast but we only get 2 breakfast voucher per day.
Third problem. Everyday we had to ask the front desk to send up an extra set of towels as housekeeping only provide a standard 2 sets of towels in the room even though we were booked as 3 occupants.
The traffic outside is ridiculous as it's so busy and jam packed, we had couple of taxis refuse to collect us from the hotel.
