Located in a neighborhood just 600 meters from the sea, this villa is ideal for a family getaway. With its two terraces, you can enjoy meals and drinks outdoors. Ideal for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, the villa comprises, on the first floor, two bedrooms with closets, one of which has access to the terrace, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you'll find a living area open to the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine), and a dining area with access to the terrace. A garage for one car completes this villa, and a second car can also be parked in front of the garage.
