Located in a neighborhood 600 meters from the sea, this villa is the perfect place for a family vacation.  
With its two terraces, you can enjoy meals and drinks outdoors.  
  
Ideal for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, it comprises on the first floor two bedrooms with closets, one of which has access to the terrace, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
On the second floor, you will find the living area open to the kitchen, a dining area with access to the terrace.  
A garage for one car completes this villa; a second car can also be parked in front of the garage.
