### Terroir et Mer - A 5min à pied de la plage

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 65 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Banyuls-sur-Mer, nearby the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:   
\- 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area.  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 3: a double sofa bed below and a single bed above)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
On the souplex :  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 2 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather  
  
The house is ideally located in Banyuls-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Banyuls-sur-Mer, about 600 m away  
\- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 49 km away
