The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, with a heated towel rail for added comfort. You'll also find a washing machine, flat-screen TV, vacuum cleaner, fan, duvet, and square pillows provided. The apartment features a pleasant furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying balmy evenings. The building, in excellent condition, has three floors and an elevator; parking is available. Pets are welcome. Convenient location: town center and shops approximately 600 m away, bus station 800 m away, and train station 1 km away. The sea and beach are also 600 m away (golf course 25 km away).
