Spacious duplex near the sea

A spacious duplex apartment of 100 m² in an old town house overlooking the bay. Located just 50 m from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2015.

On the first floor, modern and well-equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a balcony with views of the bay and the surrounding hills. A hi-fi system with an eclectic mix of international music CDs. In addition, on this level there is a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. A 6.5 kg top-loading washing machine is also provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.

On the second floor you will find a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a smart TV, a DVD player and a satellite receiver with French, English, Spanish and mainly German TV channels.

On the second floor there is also a double bedroom overlooking the terrace, a mezzanine with a double bed and a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet.
The south-facing terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, is accessible directly from the living room.

Old charm in the heart of Banyuls.

Nice old terrace apartment in the best location to the beach and restaurants. The apartment has been renovated to a good standard. Extra plus for breakfast balcony and sun terrace on the roof.

A great apartment in a superb position

A brilliant apartment with terrace overlooking the bay and a roof terrace for sunbathing. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Brigitte's organisation was excellent with a folder of instructions for every appliance and another with lots of local information. We enjoyed meals on the terrace most days, admiring the view.

Hard to see anything better than this - except maybe for a private parking :-) Middle of August in Banyuls parking is a severe problem.

Location ou on se sent bien. La vue sur banyuls et la mer est superbe et le reveil au son des vagues est tres agreable. La maison est top et toute équipée. Nous y avons passé un sejour comme.a la maison.

Lots of space, ideal location

Loved the apartment! Perfect for our two couples. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic deck (upstairs and on main). Incredible views. 1 min to town centre (shopping, restaurants) . Bright and spacious rooms. If you’re tall you may prefer the bedroom upstairs with a bathroom mirror that’s placed higher (I’m 73” and couldn’t see my face in the downstairs bathroom mirror). It would’ve been nice to have bedside lights.

Un emplacement de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très confortable et idéalement situé. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner au quotidien ( juste la poêle Téfal à changer ) Au départ de multiples chemins de randonnée , de nombreuses visites proposées à l'office du tourisme , un marché qui propose de beaux produits et légumes de producteurs, une vue sur ma mer magnifique ; c'est l'endroit idéal; Si nous revenons à Banyuls ,nous serons heureux de louer à nouveau cet hébergement.

Une vue magnifique !

Un emplacement unique dans le vieux quartier historique de Banyuls et une vue extraordinaire sur la plage. Un appartement confortable et bien équipé. Juste une suggestion : améliorer l'occultation des chambres avec des rideaux occultants ou des volets. Un très agréable séjour.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Banyuls

Die Lage top, Dachterrasse superschön! Aussicht toll, problemloser Check-in und Checkout. Mussten die Betten selbst beziehen, aber vielleicht ist das in Frankreich so üblich, leider war die Jalousie auf dem Balkon kaputt, deshalb war es morgens in der Morgensonne zu heiss, um draußen zu frühstücken. Alles in allem leider nicht so sauber, zB Kommode im obersten Schlafzimmer, Kaffeemaschine, Staub unter den Betten. Eine Auflage für die Liege auf der Dachterrasse wäre noch toll! Alles in allem aber wirklich schön! Danke!

Le meilleur appartement de Banyuls

Emplacement génial avec grand balcon et terrasse tropezienne : maginfiques vues sur la baie. C'est la maison avec le grand bougainvilliers en bas de la rue Aristide Maillol Tout se fait à pied. Et on peut garer la voiture à 5 mn à pied au nouveau parking de la gare, pour 50 € la semaine.
