The gap between the photos promoting this property and the reality was on par with The Grand Cannon. A scar on it's stunning views over the bay.

Appartement vieillot les fenêtres des chambres sont inutilisables impossibles de les ouvrir pendant trois donc volets ouverts avec 40degres et ensuite après réclamation à foncière les fenêtre s ont été ouvertes mais ils ne fallait surtout pas les fermés les potes de l armoire ne fermés pas concernant avec une chaise 1000euros la semaine trop chère

Très bel emplacement, sur le plat de Banyuls à quelques mètres des commerces, du port et de la plage. Les propriétaires devraient faire un petit effort en matière de décoration de l'appartement. Dommage.

appartement bien agencé ,idéalement placé mais dans son jus.nous avons trouvés en arrivant,une alèse de matelas pas très propre,une brosse de wc repoussante beaucoup de choses a dire à propos du ménage .
