This triplex house features a kitchenette opening onto a living room and a terrace with sea views; on the lower level, a bedroom with a shower room and a separate toilet; on the upper level, a bedroom with a terrace, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A private garage is located at the bottom of the building.
