#### Appt sale et délabré avec jolie vue mer

La vue est superbe, l'emplacement idéal. En revanche, l'appartement est vieillot et n'est pas entretenu par les propriétaires : murs sui s'effritent, table rouillée, alèses tachées de sang, lattes du clic-clac cassées, etc... De plus, l'appartement était très sale: toiles d'araignées, moutons, poussière, insectes dans le pot à eau... Très déçus compte tenu du prix.
