It was completely renovated in 2013 with air conditioning, electric shutters and a large bay-windows in the living room that overlooks the garden. On the ground floor there is the large living room overlooking the garden with its open kitchen (built-in oven, fridge / freezer, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave , blender, dishes and utensils). A sitting area and a lounge area with flat screen TV's. A laundry room including storage, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden table with chairs. Separate toilet. 1st floor, 2 double bedrooms overlooking the countryside and the Bay of Banyuls with drawers, frames and shelves. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds overlooking a small passageway quiet with shelves and cabinet. The bathroom is equipped with a cabin with walk-in shower and massage jets, a towel holder, hairdryer, washstand and storage. Separate toilet. The Pleasure Garden (about 25-30m²) has been completely redesigned with the help of a landscape, west facing terrace overlooking the Bay of Banyuls and mountains, built barbecue, private parking and secure in the Villa ( for 2 vehicles).
