Uma desgraça aparece quando menos esperas

Me foi recusada entrada, fui informado que não existia reserva em meu nome, disseram que apenas trabalhavam com o Booking, me ofereceram estadia a 4 km do local já que não tinha quarto, uma desgraça que para ajudar vossos serviços só funcionam a hora de expediente. Um belo fim de semana para esquecer.

Hotel con mucho potencial pero mal explotado

Hotel ubicado en un enclave maravilloso, al pie del río. Es lo único bueno que puedo decir de este hotel. Las habitaciones sucias, no reponen papel, ni geles, nosotros ni toallas teníamos, tuvimos que pedirlas. Suciedad por todos lados, cama incomodísima, lo único bueno la ducha. La primera noche hacía un frío terrible en el hotel, después de quejarnos varias veces por fin consiguieron ponernos la calefacción en nuestra habitación. La wifi no llega a las habitaciones. En resumen, no lo recomiendo.

No es ni parecido a lo reservado. Ni el precio. Afortunadamente más barato de lo indicado en la reserva. Desayuno continental incluido.....no sabían ni lo q es un desayuno continental....nos dieron un café y dos rebanadas de pan!! Increible!!!! Eso si el traro de la señora muy bueno.
