### ROSALIE - BANNES - Gîte

This small house called Rosalie was at the time an old stable restored in 2001\. You will appreciate the interior with its exposed beams and its large openings on the outside. The light will be there! For a stay in love, come to relax on the covered terrace, no noise pollution, you will contemplate the fields which surround you! Located not far from the village of Leyme where all shops will be present (bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants ...) and not far from the Lake of Tolerme to refresh you in summer (swimming, canoeing, picnic ...) The Lot, reserves you full of wealth: castles, rivers, hiking, tourist sites (Padirac, Rocamadour, Autoire ...).House on two levels but accessible on the same level. 1 room opened on the outside with mosquito net (1 bed in 1.60m, 1 bed in 0.90m), Shower-room, independent WC. Accessible by the outside or by climbing a few steps: Kitchen area, living room with sofa, armchairs, TV. Terrace of 8 M² with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchair. Closed ground without gate of 2500 M².
