Hot! The listing says Air conditioned, BUT, it was only air conditioned downstairs. We had to run the mini split downstairs on 65 degrees and try to use fans to blow the cold air upstairs. It was mostly fine except in the afternoon and evening when it was 79 to 80 degrees upstairs. Other than the HVAC problems, the house was really nice!! Spacious, clean nice furniture, and wonderfully stocked kitchen and beautiful views from the outside decks!! It was very convenient to many area activities and our grandchildren had a blast!! The host was very responsive and did everything they could to make us comfortable including a complimentary bottle of champagne!! Thank You!!
