Everything you need for amazing vacation is in this home. The gourmet kitchen had all the extras for our cooking needs. Complete with everything, kitchen, baths, laundry. When we arrived, everything was great. That night extreme cold weather set in and the heat in the downstairs quit working. The cold and hot water lines in the kitchen must have froze up which affected the dish washer, refrigerator and washing machine. We reached out to Vacasa and they responded quickly saying a local agent would reach out. Two days later someone called but offered no help. After a few days when the temp warmed up the hot and cold water returned in the kitchen and laundry. Bottom line my biggest complaint was the lack of local response. What if one of those water lines would have broke after freezing?
